Forensics
I3 is a leader in the exploration and evaluation of current and emerging forensic technologies that identify personnel using fingerprint, iris, face, palm, and voice recognition. We have worked closely with Government organizations on forensic policy, strategy and requirements development, technology integration and testing, and product certification. We have provided nation-building forensic support to the Government of Iraq with the current Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS), trained their operators and continue to provide management oversight for the system.
I3’s extensive experience in forensics includes latent print processing and examination, Tenprint Examination, DNA collection and examination, inert ordnance examination and documentation, Integrated Ballistics Information System (IBIS) data analysis, and toolmark analysis.
