Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Defeat
I3 provides Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance support to the Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO). These SMEs perform work in the areas of program management, operations, planning, training, intelligence, technology integration, system analysis, information technology and contract support. I3’s capable team of high-level scientists, engineers, analysts and managers has contributed directly to the strategic success of the counter-IED community and has significantly reduced the threat for the warfighter in theater.
